Insurance & Payment

Before Your Appointment

  • If you have a night-guard, be sure to bring it to every appointment for professional maintenance and/or adjustments after your procedure.
  • If you are a patient who requires pre-medication before dental procedures. please remember to take your medication 1 hour BEFORE your appointment time.
  • If you are having an extraction, it is necessary that you eat a big meal before arriving to the office.
  • Bring a list of all medications (including herbals and vitamins) as well as contact information for your medical doctor.
  • If you take any of the following medications be sure to bring them with you: Albuterol or Ventolin inhalers, nitroglycerin, or high blood pressure medications.
